On July 1, this country celebrated National Day. It was founded in 1867. This day is celebrated by the country with large-scale events that celebrate food and fun.

Town Centre Park can be found at 1290 Pinetree Way. The events start at noon. The day is organized by Coquitlam with entertainment activities like dance and music performances, displays of the city and community, games, etc. Trilogy will perform at the TD stage at 8.15 p.m. Lafarge Lake, part of Coquitlam Town Centre Park celebrations will be lit by fireworks at 10.10 p.m.

Opening ceremonies by Coastal Sound Children’s Choir at 12:30 p.m. on the TD stage

The City of Coquitlam Fitness Team will be at the TD Stage at 1:05 p.m.

At 1:45 pm, North Shore Celtic Ensemble will perform classical/jazz/ folk/ Celtic music on Meadow stage

At 3:00 p.m. – The children’s performance on TD stage by Galina

At 4:45 p.m., the Traditional instruments of Korea, Chenoji at the Meadow stage

Rock and Funk by Raincity will be performing on the Meadow stage at 6:45 p.m.

At 8:30 p.m., the Trilojay Band will perform on the TD stage a dance routine.

Lafarge Lake fireworks show at 10 p.m.

Journey Auto Group hosts Stop To Eat Street food courts, which are open from 12 p.m. until 10 p.m. Sponsors offer a range of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. There are also special Malaysian foods, like Kampong – an authentic taste and experience of Malaysia. Brewer’s Corner will be manned by Mariner Brewer between the hours of 1-9:00 p.m. and 4:45 p.m.

Canada Day

Activities are held on the lawn near the TD Community Plaza to encourage friendship between friends and family. Houle games and entertainment offer entertainment, face painting, and adventure games in Eco Zone. Here you can take a picture with a giggle machine, learn about culture, and receive the first response service for Coquitlam Lane.
